Charlie has worked in Early Years education for over 10 years and has a wealth of previous experience with nursery and after school club children. His approach with children is caring and fun, with lots of engagement, interaction, and play, making him a very popular member of the team! Charlie works with both the younger Kindergarten children and those attending Flexi-school, assisting with woodwork and Forest school. In his spare time, Charlie enjoys hiking and reading.
