Hannah is Co-Founder of Nurture Outdoor Kindergarten and the education innovation hub, Nurture My Way. Hannah’s career began in biomedical science where she specialised in paediatrics, leading to a role in paediatric oncology research based at Birmingham Children's Hospital, and working with the University of Birmingham Cancer Research UK Clinical Trials Unit.

Hannah's interest in Early Years Education stems from her passion for research, with a particular focus on the birth to five age range. Her work with Nurture My Way also sees Hannah supporting research in elective home education / flexi-school options. Through developing professional partnerships with colleagues in the UK, USA and Denmark, Hannah has led and helped to develop programmes to support social entrepreneurs and Early Years Teacher and Practitioners in the UK to launch their own outdoor learning projects for young children in their communities.
