What to expect
Our infant massage practitioner will guide you through everything you need to know about baby massage, including soothing holds, rhythmic strokes, and communication methods to help your baby feel relaxed and closer to you.
This is a 6 week course of weekly sessions. This class is free to attend due to support from the Inclusive Communities fund. You just need to be able to commit to all the sessions.
This group is available to both Mums and Dads.
Sessions Wednesday at 10.00am to 11.30am or 12.30pm to 2.00pm
As always, you are welcome to make a donation to Nurture Families to enable us to support more families. Hot drinks and homemade bakes are available to purchase from the Growing Change kitchen on site, with all proceeds going to support women experiencing hardship.
